The room was spectacular. Well appointed and comfortable with a large bathroom. The restaurant was exceptional the presentation and taste beyond expectations. The staff was very helpful with hotels introduction and directions.

excellent hotel - very clean very attentive and kind staff. The concierge was very attentive and many days during our staff it was Alberto, who was extremely kind and very helpful. very professional. The location is excellent and the staff very attentive at providing good directions. There need to be more awareness of vegan healthy lifestyles. very limited options for vegans.

Ok so first and foremost the room was exquisite. Heated towels, cosy thick robes and a super comfy bed made it all scream five stars. We loved the breakfast!! We tried the sweet and the savoury continental as well as the avocado and salmon eggs Benedict and everything was exceptional! The cocktails (especially the Robert de Niro) were also simply beautiful with attention to detail (eg the hotel logo being stamped on the ice cube) very special. Concierge couldn’t have been more helpful booking us restaurants and helping us with our itinerary! The location too was easy to find and so convenient to all of the sights! This place is the perfect mix of luxury and design and yet it feels like a well kept secret. Thank you Palazzinna Grassi for a truly wonderful experience of Venice. It was unforgettable xx

Very friendly staff. Great location - a quieter part of Venice but only a 10 minute walk to St Mark's Square. Great bar that stayed open late. Very cool looking place.

The hotel organized vegan breakfast and even vegan dinner for us, we asked for that in advances and it was perfect! Also we booked a boat experience where you are 1.5h on a motorboat with Prosecco and apéritif food. That food was also vegan ans very delicious. Within a 10-15 minute walk you are at Piazza San Marco, the area around the hotel is pretty quite. Everybody was so friendly and we felt very special. We will come back to Venice and surely come to Palazzi Grassi again. Thank you very much!

The building looked beautiful, the entrance also looked fabulous, and of course it was located on the grand canal. The breakfast was one of the tastiest our family has ever had, thanks to your chef Vito. He made our stay go above and beyond and he is the main reason we would like to come back apart from the room.

What a beautiful place, the staff were more like friends, very professional and nothing was too much bother for them. The location is exceptional, tucked away in an alley on the quiet side of the city away from the tourists, but only a few minutes walk to all the attractions
